Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $130,000, based on experience and skill level. The position includes professional development, competitive pay, comprehensive health coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years in automotive sales or similar positions preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current California Driver License with satisfactory DMV record.
• Current California Sales License.

Mansioni

• Manage internet sales inquiries to achieve sales goals.
• Work with Senior Sales staff to develop action plans to hit targets.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure revenue targets are met and costs are controlled.
