Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum of five years’ related sales experience.
• Automotive sales experience required.
• Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and adjusts sales goals (budgets and volumes) to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborates with GSM/GM to create action plans to correct performance and exceed targets.
• Analyzes market data to identify growth opportunities for the franchise.
• Ensures revenue targets and cost controls are aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversees inventory and marketing efforts to maximize merchandising and sales.
• Participates in franchise strategic planning and CRM usage.
