The ideal candidate has 1+ year automotive sales experience, strong digital skills, and CRM discipline, and lives within 30 miles of Thousand Oaks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive sales experience in a franchised dealership is required.
• Strong digital game with ability to convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
• Disciplined CRM usage and prompt follow-up.
• Lexus or luxury brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet leads via phone, email, and text.
• Build rapport, assess needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Explain vehicle specs, performance, and tech features.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
• Guide guests from first contact to final purchase.
