Rafih Auto Group is seeking an Automotive General Manager for the BMW of Rochester Hills operation. The role reports to the CFO/VP and requires a track record of leading both new and preowned sales teams, driving profitability and customer retention.

The general manager must delegate effectively, communicate across departments, and uphold high standards within a luxury brand environment. The role emphasizes strategic planning, budgeting, vendor relations, and staff development to sustain growth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership budgeting, expenses and finance practices.
• Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
• Experience training and leading management staff to align with dealership strategy.
