Job summary

Servco Hawaii is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales team in Hawaii. You will set monthly production goals, monitor performance, and coach consultants to deliver a luxury-customer experience.

You will analyze CSI/ESI scores, manage be-backs and follow-ups, and work with management to optimize pricing, inventory, and processes. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and a focus on superior customer service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management or leadership roles
• Strong coaching and training skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvement

Responsibilities

• Meets with each sales consultant to establish monthly production goals.
• Analyzes monthly production and coaching needs to maximize performance.
• Reviews CSI scores to ensure luxury-customer experience standards.
• Monitors unit counts, revenue, gross margin, and expenses to align with objectives.
• Coaches and trains sales consultants; ensures proper sales process execution and documentation.
