Job summary

Servco Pacific Inc. is seeking a Floor Manager in Maui to oversee and develop Sales Consultants, approve sales and trade-in transactions, and ensure a luxury customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage a high-volume auto sales floor. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in automotive sales or 2+ years in supervision, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, plus proficiency in DealerTrack, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years automotive sales experience and/or 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, training, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with DealerTrack, Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages Sales Consultants to ensure all aspects of the sales process are executed effectively.
• Uses lead management processes to follow up on all prospects for a luxury sales experience.
• Monitors and measures the sales team’s performance to meet customer and employee satisfaction targets.
• Identifies and addresses performance standards and coach, counsel or take action as needed.
