Kendall Lexus of Eugene is seeking a Finance Manager to join our luxury dealership team and help deliver an outstanding guest experience. In this role you will coordinate financing for clients, present insurance and accessory options, and ensure accurate paperwork and funding.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years of vehicle sales experience; F&I experience is preferred. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of vehicle sales experience with demonstrated success; F&I experience preferred.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Arrange financing for clientele.
• Sell insurance and vehicle accessories.
• Complete associated paperwork accurately and timely.
• Record keeping and relationship management with approved financial institutions.
• Ensure contract funding or collection of money related to vehicle sales.
