Loro Piana in New York, NY seeks a The Storyteller (Atelier) to serve as cultural and narrative ambassador in the Atelier space. You will be the first contact for guests, sharing heritage, craftsmanship, and raw materials while driving client prospecting and introductions to Client Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Display genuine care and hospitality to every guest in the boutique, reflecting the brand values.
• Provide warm greetings and seamless introductions to Client Advisors for personalized service.
• Share the Maison’s heritage, craftsmanship, and raw materials to inspire clients.
• Prospect clients proactively and partner with Client Advisors on follow‑ups.
• Engage clients throughout the boutique to understand interests and guide their journey.
• Transfer insights to Client Advisors to tailor elevating in-store experiences.
• Assist in line management, appointments, and client flow while maintaining safety.
• Address client concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Identify opportunities to coach and improve storytelling on the shop floor.
