Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective collectors.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client interests.
• Present artwork and collections and guide clients through purchasing.
• Follow up with clients by phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to final transaction.
• Generate repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Assist with gallery events, exhibitions, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records.
