Job summary

Wangard Partners is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support Solhaven, a luxury multifamily community in Grand Chute, WI. This on-site role handles repairs, preventive maintenance, and preparing vacant units for occupancy, working with the Property Manager and vendors.

You will service appliances, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, maintain safety standards, and respond to resident requests with a professional, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of multifamily or commercial maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of building systems and safe maintenance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and perform repairs on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to preserve community condition.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Monitor buildings, grounds, and life-safety conditions; report concerns promptly.
• Coordinate and oversee third‑party vendors as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory.
• Participate in rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule.
