Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, and appliances.

• Organized and self-motivated with reliable task execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, safety of the community and grounds.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests with effective problem-solving.
• Perform apartment turns and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, pool maintenance, and exteriors.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to uphold standards and resident experience.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality service.
