Qualifications

• 2 years of experience operating and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Trade school or courses in Electrical Wiring, Refrigeration, Heating/Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Carpentry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life safety systems, building automation systems and equipment.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment.
