Job summary

NTS Capital is seeking a Leasing Associate for Westloop, a 282-unit luxury community in Dallas, TX. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, combining sales, customer service and marketing to connect people with their new home.

Responsibilities include meeting prospects, building relationships, and guiding them through the leasing process while maintaining a professional, organized approach and a welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses with alternative sales approaches.
• Prioritization and organization of time and customers across multiple prospects.
• Maintain a professional image with meticulous personal appearance.
• Proficient with computer systems; MS Office and Yardi preferred.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• College degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residents and determine their needs.
• Build relationships and introduce Westloop as a potential home.
• Close the lease by presenting options and guiding decisions.
• Handle walk-ins, follow-ups and multiple prospects with organization.
