Job summary

Southern Land Company is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our Fort Worth team. You will greet prospective residents, present floor plans, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a customer-first approach.

You will maintain CRM/PMS data, assist with retention events, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other laws while delivering exceptional service. The role rewards strong communication, organization, and independent work in a dynamic high-rise setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales, customer service, or leasing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present property options.
• Maintain CRM and PMS with prospect activity.
• Support resident retention programs and events.
• Process lease applications and notify results within 24–72 hours.
• Schedule move-in appointments and manage after-hours events.
• Assist with advertising reviews and binder maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.
