Job summary

Simpson Housing is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Cam il le Luxury Apartment Homes, a Class A 181-unit high-rise in Downtown Bethesda, MD. This role focuses on tours, resident matching, and managing the leasing/renewal cycle with strong customer service.

The position offers paid time off, health benefits, and a comprehensive perks package as part of full-time employment. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary.
• Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hotel or hospitality industry working as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
• Keeping an eye on local market trends and updating property comparables
• Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for new residents to move in
• Planning and coordinating resident functions throughout the year
• Building strong relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service
