Simpson Housing in Reston, VA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Signature Reston Town Center, a premier Class A multifamily community. You will tour the community, assist residents in finding the right apartment, and manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish.

You will monitor local market trends, inspect vacant homes, coordinate resident events, and build strong relationships through outstanding service.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary

Mansioni

• Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
• Monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables
• Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for new residents
• Planning and coordinating resident functions throughout the year
• Building strong relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service
