Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hotel or hospitality roles (concierge, guest services, front desk) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the community to prospective residents, helping them find the right apartment home.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
• Monitor local market trends and update property comparables.
• Inspect vacant apartments to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Plan and coordinate resident functions and events.
• Build strong relationships with residents through outstanding service.
