AIR Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Residences at Capital Crescent Trail in Bethesda, MD. This on-site role manages tours and leasing activities in a modern 250+ unit community, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident service and achieving monthly sales targets.

The position rewards performance with a base pay of $21/hour, plus commission opportunities and a total annual compensation potential from $35,000 to $95,000+.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects and conducting tours to sell the value of the community.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and create moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
