Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Campbell, California community. You will guide prospective residents through thoughtful tours, help select floorplans, and paint a vivid picture of living in our luxury apartment homes.

Weekend availability is required to meet visiting residents. With 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, you will collaborate with the team, use property management software and MS Office, and uphold fair housing practices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a sense of community for new residents.
• Drive leasing performance through sales and marketing campaigns, outreach, and social media.
• Follow up on leads with tailored updates and tours, highlighting floorplans and neighborhood highlights.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a premium living experience.
