Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sr. Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities in Burbank, CA. You will deliver exceptional service, tour prospects, match them to floorplans, and follow up on every lead to convert interest into leases.

Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required to meet high traffic times. You have a high school diploma, 1+ year leasing or customer service experience in real estate, strong interpersonal and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1+ year leasing or customer service experience in real estate/property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
