The Leasing Consultant role at One Canal Apartment Homes in downtown Boston, MA, places you as a top sales performer responsible for tours, leasing, and delivering world-class resident experiences.

We offer base pay plus commissions ($52,000 - $78,000 anticipated), a 25% rent discount at AIR communities, onsite or nearby living options, extended time off, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of the community and help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
