Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager in New Albany, OH to lead facilities operations across a luxury apartment community. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure safety and quality in daily tasks.

You will drive preventative maintenance, vendor partnerships, and capital projects while supporting resident events and service standards to deliver an exceptional living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC Certification is required; EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• 2+ years in residential apartment or facilities management with a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance technicians and groundskeepers, prioritizes and completes work orders.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotation; coordinates seasonal snow removal.
• Develops team members in maintenance skills such as appliance repair and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Creates and executes preventative maintenance programs.
• Manages vendor relationships and supports capital projects.
• Supports resident events and maintains customer satisfaction scores as per standards.
