Responsibilities

• Assist with snow and ice removal from walkways and parking areas.
• Pick up debris in hallways, surrounding buildings, and amenity spaces.
• Perform light repairs such as bulb changes and minor touch-ups.
• Walk buildings to ensure doors and windows are secure and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with after-hours noise complaints and lockouts as needed.
