Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome residents and guests with a professional, service-oriented demeanor
• Anticipate needs and respond promptly and discreetly
• Act as resident liaison and property ambassador with personalized service
• Assist with personal requests including escorting residents and helping with belongings
• Coordinate dining/event reservations, transportation, deliveries, and local recommendations
• Prepare units and arrivals; coordinate requested items
• Maintain amenity spaces to ensure clean, organized, and presentation-ready areas
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervision
• Maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
• Uphold high standards of appearance and professionalism
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill resident requests
• Support resident events and amenity programming
