Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking an Amenities Attendant to maintain a safe and clean aquatic area and related common spaces. You will greet residents, answer phones, schedule services, and coordinate with staff to ensure spa, pool, and gym areas are well kept.

This role requires reliability in a busy luxury environment, ability to work with others, and a positive attitude. Training is provided; hours are non-exempt and determined by management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• Experience at a luxury property, club or hotel is strongly preferred.
• Able to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
• Positive can-do attitude under stress.
• Effective communication with other staff.
• Ability to work well with others.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents.
• Answer phones and schedule services for residents.
• Maintain inventory of spa supplies, organize and report when additional supplies are needed.
• Ensure that the pool vendor is properly cleaning the jacuzzi in both men and women spa areas.
• Ensure that massage rooms are clean and prepared before and after usage.
• Determine improvements to spa areas and share suggestions with management.
• Wash, dry, fold, and prepare towels for use and ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare iced fruit water every morning and replenish ice and water as needed.
• Maintain the gym areas organized and dispose of trash.
• Clean machines regularly and assist staff in deep cleaning biweekly.
• Report damages to equipment to the gym equipment company and schedule repairs.
• Assist in organizing pool chairs and pool area for events.
• Ensure residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations.
• Complete daily checklists of groundskeeping items across areas.
• Assist other departments on projects and duties as assigned.
