Job summary

The KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING is seeking an Amenities Attendant to maintain a safe and clean recreational area for guests and residents. The role involves indoor and outdoor work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager.

You will greet residents, check-in guests, assist with lounge items, enforce rules, report malfunctions, manage pool furniture, and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• Experience at a luxury property, club or hotel is strongly preferred.
• The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
• The ability to convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other staff.
• Must be able to work well with others as the role will require cooperation from other team members.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and Greet residents.
• Check-in owners, residents, guests, and tenants as needed.
• Assist residents with putting lounge covers onto their lounge chair, towels, umbrellas, etc.;
• Ensuring residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations;
• Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor;
• Remove trash;
• Maintain, arrange and organize the pool furniture, and tables;
• Complete daily check list of groundskeeping items
• Assist other departments as time allows on projects and duties as assigned
• Respond to emails and phone calls as needed.
• Organize and label all packages on the mailroom.
