Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking an Amenities Attendant to maintain a safe and clean recreational area for guests and residents, indoors and outdoors, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager.

As a team member, you will greet residents, check-in guests, assist with lounge areas, enforce rules, organize pool furniture, respond to emails and calls, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• Experience at a luxury property is strongly preferred;
• Ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to convey a positive and can-do attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other staff.
• Must be able to work well with others as the role will require cooperation from other team members.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents.
• Check-in owners, residents, guests, and tenants as needed.
• Assist residents with lounge covers, towels, umbrellas, etc.
• Ensuring residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations;
• Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor;
• Maintain, arrange and organize the pool furniture, and tables;
• Complete daily check list of groundskeeping items
• Assist other departments as time allows on projects and duties as assigned
• Respond to emails and phone calls as needed.
• Organize and label all packages on the mailroom.
