Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks a beach/pool attendant to maintain luxury property standards and assist residents with lounge amenities in a coastal environment. You will greet guests, ensure equipment and areas are clean, and support smooth operation of pool and beach services.

The role is outdoors and requires the ability to work weekends and flexible hours, with attention to safety and customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position; experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly recommended.
• Ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment with various team members in other departments.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests.
• Must convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during high-stress periods.
• Ability to organize and prioritize and the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pool and beach areas meet company and property standards daily.
• Proactively enhance the beach experience.
• Welcome residents and assist them with lounge covers, towels, umbrellas, etc.
• Maintain guest relations and monitor area suitability.
• Ensure proper use of amenities and maintain supplies such as water, towels, sunscreen.
• Monitor compliance with Association Rules and Regulations.
• Report any malfunctions to the Supervisor.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor on beach equipment.
• Remove dirty towels and trash.
• Maintain and organize the pool area including furniture.
• Complete daily check list.
