Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting invites applications for a Spa Attendant to maintain a pristine aquatic and amenity environment for residents and guests. You will greet residents, manage towels and fruit water, monitor spa cleanliness, and coordinate with the maintenance team and vendors to ensure safety and luxury standards.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors and indoors, in a busy high-end setting, with a non-exempt hourly schedule determined by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• Experience at a luxury property, club or hotel is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to convey a positive and can-do attitude at all times, including high-stress situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other staff.
• Must be able to work well with others and cooperate with team members.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents.
• Answer phones and schedule services for residents.
• Maintain inventory of spa supplies and report when low.
• Ensure pool vendor cleans jacuzzi in both spa areas.
• Keep massage rooms clean and prepared before/after use.
• Suggest improvements to spa areas to management.
• Wash, dry, fold towels and keep spa/pool areas tidy.
• Prepare fruit water daily and replenish ice/water.
• Keep gym areas organized and equipment in place.
• Deep clean machines and assist with biweekly cleaning.
• Keep gym mirrors clean at all times.
• Report equipment damages and schedule repairs.
• Assist in events and projects at the amenities level.
• Prepare towel service and fruit water display on weekends.
