Qualifications

• Management experience in fine dining, hotel, or upscale hospitality venue is required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with creating and growing a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Active in the daily operations.
• Oversee a high-end guest experience through partnerships and premium dining atmosphere.
• Ensure lounge is operating at a high level and goals are met.
• Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and development of staff.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and training in collaboration with the General Manager.
