Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for The Club lounge at San Francisco International Airport. You will lead daily operations, guest services, and premium dining experiences in a seven-day operation, including weekends and holidays.

You will manage a team, ensure top guest satisfaction, and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in a luxury setting. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Management experience in fine dining, hotel, or upscale hospitality venue (2–4 years)
• Bachelor’s degree related to business or hospitality or equivalent experience
• Ability to follow safety, health, and liquor rules and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership with building and growing a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally
• Excellent presentation and communication for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily operations
• Oversee a high-end guest experience through partnerships and premium dining atmosphere
• Ensure frontline team stocks guest interfacing areas
• Motivate and lead frontline and management staff
• Maintain high operational standards and guest satisfaction
• Foster relationships with guests, clients, and other departments
• Conduct HR functions: recruiting, hiring, counseling, terminations
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and team training with GM
• Develop and coach staff; ensure training programs and certifications
• Aim for financial targets and client goals
• Manage up to 30 team members at once
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with Hyde Park Hospitality standards and safety programs
• Report and track maintenance needs in the lounge
• Maintain safe work environment through training and audits
• Comply with TSA and local airport regulations
• Handle other duties as assigned
