Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is looking for an Airport Lounge Supervisor to lead and manage guest services at the Chase Sapphire Lounge in LaGuardia Airport. This role requires extensive experience in hospitality and leadership to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee team members, handle guest interactions, and maintain lounge operations in compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of previous guest service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3 years of previous leadership/supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and hold pre-shift huddles.
• Meet guest needs through communication.
• Responsible for coordination of team members.
