Job summary

LaserAway in the United States is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultative appointments, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journeys from first hello to long-term loyalty.

You will work with a CRM to manage leads, close plans, and earn uncapped commissions in a competitive, commission-first structure. Full training provided, weekends required, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability is required and weekend traffic drives earnings.
• Polished, patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectables.
• Design customized treatment plans and financing options.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from arrival to checkout.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium experience.
• Maintain a steady pipeline using LaserAway's CRM for follow-ups.
