Job summary

AirSculpt seeks a skilled Aesthetic Sales Consultant for our luxury medical practice. This role focuses on consultative selling, reaching monthly sales targets, and coordinating with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consultative sales, strong communication, proficiency with a CRM, and fluency in English and Spanish. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or luxury services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and adaptable.
• Experience using a CRM tool; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Willingness to work weekends as required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Use consultative selling to connect with clients and recommend services.
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate the patient journey.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
