Job summary

AirSculpt is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our luxury medical practice. The role focuses on consultative sales for AirSculpt body contouring services, delivering high-end patient experiences and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of consultative sales experience, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work weekends as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level.
• Experience using a CRM tool and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
• Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Experience using a CRM tool
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work weekends as required by business needs
• Preferred but Not Required: Salesforce experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
