Job summary

AYA Skin in Atlanta, GA seeks an Aesthetic Associate to create a welcoming luxury experience and manage a high-volume appointment schedule. You will handle inquiries, convert leads into booked consultations, and ensure a seamless client flow from check-in to checkout.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales/host roles within luxury or medical spa settings, strong communication, and a client-focused approach. This is a full-time position offering a premium environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/host experience in a client-facing high-touch service or sales role.
• Luxury or high-end retail, Medical spa, Beauty & wellness, Salon and Concierge experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting goals.
• Education: HS diploma; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host and welcome clients, curating a refined first impression and anticipating needs.
• Guide guests through check-in/check-out, complete paperwork, process payments, and recommend retail offerings.
• Attend to client questions with professionalism and empathy; offer solutions and/or appointments.
• Maintain a clean, inviting reception space reflecting elevated spa standards.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized, attentive interactions and follow-ups.
