Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, with hospitality, luxury retail, or reservations experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, world-class telephone service while selling, confirming, and managing activity reservations tailored to each guest’s preferences.
• Qualify guest needs and curate experiences within brand standards to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Process reservations through multiple channels (phone, email, online, fax, voicemail, third‑party systems, internal forms).
• Meet or exceed individual and team revenue goals while upholding luxury service standards.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, seasonal offerings, hours, and events.
