Job summary

Coterie Senior Living in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Wellness Assistant to provide daily living support.You will assist residents according to their service plans, promote well-being, and coordinate with the Wellness Director and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Role requires basic reading, writing, math skills and flexibility to work varied shifts. Vaccination records must be provided upon hire. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle measurements.
• Ability to work varied schedules and shifts.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Provide assistance according to state regulations.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services as needs change.
• Communicate changes to the Wellness Director and other departments.
• May drive company vehicle as required and perform other duties.
