Job summary

Grand Living seeks a Health & Wellness Assistant to deliver compassionate daily care and personalized services in a luxury senior living setting. You will support activities of daily living, assist with medications where licensed, and help residents live fully with independence and dignity.

Qualifications

Caring for seniors with empathy and dignity.
Ability to follow personalized care plans and schedules.
Excellent communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living
Support residents according to care plans
Observe changes and communicate with nursing staff
Provide medication assistance where licensed
Build relationships and create a warm atmosphere
Participate in community activities and events
Collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle and Hospitality teams
Ensure accurate documentation of all services
