Job summary

Coterie Senior Living invites applications for a Wellness Nurse to support the implementation, delivery, and coordination of resident care services at the community. The role includes assisting with medication management and supervising the medication program to ensure safety and compliance.

The Wellness Nurse will help residents with activities of daily living, maintain positive relations with families and physicians, and participate in staff training and scheduling to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Experience with medication management and safety procedures.
• Ability to coordinate care with wellness team.
• Flexible to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Manager with plan implementation and delivery of resident care services.
• Monitor and support medication management program.
• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.
• Assist in training Assisted Living staff and participate in orientation.
