Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Tavern Manager to lead daily tavern operations and support beverage outlets. You will train and coach bartenders and servers, ensuring exceptional member and guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cost management, and developing a high-performing team while delivering memorable experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a Head Bartender / Bar Manager / Beverage Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Fine dining and banquet experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily tavern operations and support other beverage outlets as needed.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop staff.
• Hold daily lineups and ongoing training focused on service excellence and product knowledge.
• Provide visible leadership to ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Monitor beverage costs, inventory, and profitability; manage costs and labor to meet budget objectives.
