You will manage check-ins/outs, assist with inquiries, process payments, and collaborate with spa and hotel teams to ensure flawless service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, hospitality, front desk, or guest services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with spa/hotel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, provide information about spa services and facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate spa appointments; ensure accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.
• Process payments, gift certificates, and retail transactions; maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and replenish supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with spa, housekeeping, engineering, and hotel teams to ensure seamless operations.
