Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths is seeking a Front Desk Attendant/Spa Receptionist at the Upper East Side location to warmly welcome visitors, check in clients, and guide them through their spa experience. You will maintain luxury standards and ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

Strong customer service in hospitality is required; experience in a luxury setting is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a reservation system is helpful. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct customer service in hospitality.
• Experience in a luxury business or spa is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling.
• Being bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the luxury standards of the brand in every guest interaction.
• Provide first-class customer service to high-end clients.
• Greet visitors warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle cash and walk guests through the transaction at the end of visits.
• Answer inquiries with clear, confident communication and product knowledge.
