Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen is seeking a Front Desk Attendant/Spa Receptionist in Chicago. You will warmly welcome visitors, check in clients for sessions, and guide the start of their wellness journey. You’ll also check out clients, discuss their experiences, and manage the cash handling process.

Ideal candidates have hospitality customer service experience, are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule. English and Spanish bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct customer service in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• warmly welcome visitors and clients for appointments and set the tone for the client experience.
• Check in clients for their sessions and guide them through the start of their journey.
• Check out clients after sessions and engage on their experience while handling cash.
• Answer inquiries with thorough knowledge of the company.
• Maintain the reception area presentation and appearance.
