SaunaNews is seeking a friendly receptionist at the Upper East Side location to welcome guests, register visits, guide guests at check-in and check-out, and manage the booking system.

The ideal candidate has direct customer service experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury setting or spa, and is proficient with Microsoft Office; English and Spanish are a plus. Flexible scheduling.

• Experience in luxury business or spa preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; accurate, reliable and organised.
• Flexible scheduling according to business needs; English and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in for their visit.
• Guide guests at the start and check them out at the end, handling payments.
• Answer guest inquiries with center knowledge.
• Manage the company booking system.
• Maintain a presentable reception area and prepare gift packages for guests.
