Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist to coordinate appointments, support spa operations, and anticipate guest needs with world-class service. You will manage bookings, handle inquiries by phone and email, and collaborate with therapists and staff to maintain a guest-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role (2 years preferred) within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of spa software systems including Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS, preferably.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva.
• High grooming standards, a professional demeanor, and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, guiding spa services and amenities, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate spa reservations and communications by managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining booking records.
• Support spa operations by collaborating with therapists, attendants, housekeeping, and engineering to maintain a guest-ready environment.
• Manage administrative and retail tasks including payments, inventory, guest materials, and lost-and-found per Four Seasons standards.
