Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Spa Coordinator/Receptionist to seamlessly coordinate appointments, support spa operations, and anticipate guest needs while upholding luxury standards. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and guest-focused hospitality.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• 2 years of experience in a similar spa/hospitality role preferred.
• Familiarity with spa software and hotel interfaces (Book4Time, Opera, HotSOS).

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests and guiding spa services and amenities.
• Coordinate spa reservations and communications across the team; manage inquiries and records.
• Support daily spa operations with therapists, attendants, housekeeping, and engineering teams.
• Handle payments, inventory, guest materials, and lost-and-found per Four Seasons standards.
