Located in Aspen, Auberge Collection's Hotel Jerome seeks a dedicated spa host to welcome guests, orient them to the facilities, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, luxury setting. You will coordinate daily treatment schedules, prepare body care products and baths, serve beverages poolside, maintain pristine pool areas, and contribute to a seamless guest experience across our iconic property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or luxury resort settings.
• Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with an outgoing team.
• Excellent communication style and a proactive attitude.
• Personality that consistently goes above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and preparing/maintaining guest areas to meet our standards and protocols.
• Prepare professional body care products, set up dry sauna rooms and prepare baths as needed.
• Take drink orders, prepare drinks and serve poolside.
• Keep pool areas tidy by removing towels, cups and dishes and restock.
• Transport linen carts to the laundry facility.
