Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food orders to guest rooms and assist with special requests.
• Greet guests and describe menu items with vivid language; assist with tray removal.
• Set up and break down room service tables and side stations; use mobile devices for ordering.
• Anticipate guest needs, check satisfaction, and offer suggestions; respond to concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks accurately with room number and signature; handle voids or complimentary meals.
