Job summary

Bowie House, part of Auberge Collection, in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Room Attendant who takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail to prepare and maintain guest rooms.

You will clean rooms, report maintenance issues, restock supplies, and provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay in our luxury hotel.

Experience in a luxury hotel is preferred; flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
• Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
